The 3 Pillars of Rotaract
1. Community
Our community is the East Bay, however, we are not limited to just this area. We accept members from all over and will be doing hands-on projects throughout the Bay Area as well as globally.
2. Values
Our values consist of Service, Fellowship, Diversity, Integrity, and Leadership.
3. Goals
Our goals for East Bay Community Rotaract (EBCR) are to do projects that have a lasting impact. We want members to feel comfortable as well as be able to make a difference.

Through Rotary, Rotaract was formed to be a service-oriented club for 18+ year old individuals. Rotary International’s motto is “service above self,” goes hand in hand with what Rotaract stands, which is “Rotary in Action.” Rotaract is a nonpolitical and nonreligious club that welcomes all who want to do something positive and meaningful while making an impact. There are over 10,000 Rotaract clubs with over 25,000 members across 180 countries.
As East Bay Community Rotaract grows, we hope to foster a community with our fellow peers through community service, professional workshops, and social events! Through Rotaract, we can tackle issues and form initiatives that are relevant to our local community as well as the global community. While doing this, we can find innovative solutions while making lifelong friends and gaining valuable skills. Being a part of Rotaract is a great way to make a difference through different projects or engage in activities that are meaningful to you. We are currently sponsored by the San Ramon and Danville/Sycamore Valley Rotary.
